Late Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy.
Late Cancellation of services and late arrivals affect our staff as well as the experience of other clients. Since this time has been reserved specifically for you, we must charge a reasonable fee when an appointment is cancelled on short notice. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of all appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the full cost of the service. No-Shows and appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours’ notice will be subject to the full cost of the service being cancelled.
Please be prompt for your appointment. New guests and guests needing to update their medical forms should arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled appointment sessions. The guest is still responsible for the cost of the session as scheduled.
