Corona Virus Pandemic Response
We are ready to provide you with the safest visit possible
As the State of Illinois has transitioned to Phase 5 of their COVID-19 recovery plan, we are cautiously moving forward with modifying some of our procedures. With the number of COVID cases declining and the number of vaccinated people rising, we wish our practices to reflect the lower risk factors we are all experiencing. We will continue to monitor the state of the pandemic and adjust our procedures accordingly.
